Every year the Maui Harley Owners Group
Charities organizes fund raising events that are orientated
around motorcycling and the sport of motorcycles (which is our
passion).
Maui Harley Owners Group Charities, Inc. ("Corporation")
was formed to raise funds and to distribute the same to qualified
501 (c) (3) charities. These beneficiary charities will be
Maui-based charities or ones that primarily serve the people
of the Island of Maui
The Corporation will review applications from charitable
organizations on a yearly basis and select those that best
fit the criteria established by the Corporation.
We hold several unique events throughout each year specifically
to raise funds for charit ies. The events will include motorcycle
rallies, picnic events , cooking outings , and silent auction
activities. These events will be advertised, communicated
and organized solely for charitable purposes. The Corporation
expects to collect event sponsor fees, admission fees for
each event it puts on to raise funds. In addition, the Corporation
expects to receive contributions from private donations.
